Naturelle is the business. Elle is the human & spirit behind it.

I’m Elle, a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner and Women’s Circle Facilitator.

Like many of us, 2020 was the catalyst for my great awakening, and the beginning of my self discovery path.

Fast forward to 2023, I chose to follow an inner calling that took me off the path of skincare and aesthetics, and onto the path of holistic health.

I joined The London School of Reflexology to learn Foot and Hand Reflexology with Louise Keet over the course of 9 months, and have since learned The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman.

After dealing with my own severe eczema flare ups, and subsequently healing through mindfulness, self education and holistic healing modalities, an inner fire began to grow and I knew I had to share what I had learned with other people going through similar experiences.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of nature, mindfulness, self responsibility, faith, physical touch and community, because I’ve experienced the outcomes first hand, and because of that, I created Naturelle to be the hub that houses them all together.

Naturelle is based on the Historic High Street of Rochester, on the attic floor of a Grade ll Listed Building. The building itself has a lot of history and character, and it has become the perfect home for Naturelle over the past 3 years, combining and honouring many healing modalities from my teachings and travels from all over the world, including China, Japan, India, Peru and of course our home, the UK.
